My workaround for "cp code.c test.c"

I used to do this accidentally all the time.  My solution is this:

edit code.c
gcc -o code code.c && ./code
cp code.c test.c

edit code.c
gcc -o code code.c && ./code

This way it doesn't get stuck in your bash history.  It's ugly, but it has saved me numerous times.
