I flew again today to make up for the disappointment of no video from yesterday. The plane never did anything crazy so no fun stories of getting it out of a tree this time. Since I can't post full-resolution video of more than like 7 seconds (Discord has an 8 MB limit), I'll just post a few full-resolution frames from when the plane was up high, and then video clips of the landings, which for some reason interest me more than actually flying the plane.

Four pictures and then videos:

Warning: These clips have loud annoying propeller sounds.

...but I think the sound adds something so I left it in.

Also, lower resolution means longer clips, here's a low-res video that's 90 seconds long, starting near the ground, then about 30 seconds climbing up to get some higher video, then coming back down. It's not all that interesting, I just made it in case someone wants to see more than 10 seconds.

As it is I'm rather afraid to fly it outside of the park's grass because I don't want to have to get it out of a tree again. So I don't quite know what to do with it, as flying in circles isn't very interesting. If I hadn't been waiting for the battery to go dead, because I was curious how long it lasts, I probably would have landed sooner, only to re-launch and land again, since I find the landings more interesting since there's some kind of goal involved.

BTW, the battery, a 3 cell 2200 mAh, lasted for 16 minutes 39 seconds. Maybe it could have gone longer since the internet tells me you can discharge them to 3 volts per cell, but the internet also told me that it's better if you stop at 3.7 volts. So I set my battery alarm, which monitors each cell individually, to go off at 3.4 volts.
