Special notes for running Natpos on the Raspberry Pi 3

Filter quality must be reduced by editing config.h and changing FILTER_QUALITY to 2.

The experimental OpenGL driver must be enabled by running 'sudo raspi-config', going to 'advanced options', then 'gl driver', enabling it, then rebooting.

It isn't necessary, but running with the --lamegpu command line option will further reduce CPU usage.
